My personal story of turning crisis into happy habits

The last 18 months have been the most challenging chapter of my life—by far. And I've had some pretty crazy and intense times...

To navigate through it all, I started meeting with a counselor, sought out a coach, and committed to do the work necessary to get through this and be a stronger, better me. I read and applied dozens of books on positive psychology, well-being, happiness and behavior. I've made a list of all the behaviors that the science shows will increase our sense of happiness, purpose and well-being.

I want to make these insights available to you for free so that you can live happier, healthier and more meaningful lives. And hopefully, so you can help other people too...

Because that's what the world needs: More happy people caring for each other, caring for our planet and caring for ourselves.
